Question: How do I know how much I am paying for an item?
Answer: You pay the actual prices listed on this website. Actual availability is based on a first come-first served basis.
Question: How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated by our average cost per book shipped to each individual state, we do not use shipping as a profit center.
Orders valued over $750 are shipped free of charge up to 10% of your order.**
*These rates also apply to foreign orders being shipped to freight forwarders in the USA. **Free shipping is applicable to all orders over $750 with a cap of
10% of the order cost. Example: an order of $800 would receive free
shipping up to $80 shipping cost. A customer with a $1000 order with a
shipping cost of $135 would pay $35 for shipping.
Question: Why are these books so inexpensive, are they used books?
Answer: Our prices are low because we buy publishers returned merchandise and overstock products. We buy in such huge volume that we are able to offer lower prices than other wholesalers. Being that these items are sold at such a discount they may not be returned to us or the publisher. Some publishers choose to put a small marking on the binding of the books to indicate that they have been discounted and are not returnable for credit. Most of the books are store returns so that they are not used but may have some minor wear from being shipped or sitting on a book shelf. There are some items on the site that were less than new, but those items are listed in used condition. If you do not want a less than new item then only add items in new condition to your cart.
Question: Where are you located & how long will it take me to get my order.
Answer: Once your application has been received and processed you will be emailed a log in for the website. Once you have placed an order via the website it will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the order size and our current work schedule. We are located in Racine Wisconsin, about an hour and a half north of Chicago. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Once your order is picked and paid for you should see it in no more than four business days.
Question: What if you are sold out of a book that I ordered?
Answer: If we oversell an item we will ship as many as we have available and cancel the rest. You may order more copies when you see them available again. We do not do standing orders or back orders. all items are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Question: Who can buy from this website?
Answer: wholesalechristianbooks.com is a service to anyone that is in the business of reselling books to other businesses or individuals. It is not for individuals that are looking to buy merchandise for sole ministry purposes. We may restrict the sale of merchandise if we feel that the purchase was not for wholesale purposes. It would not be fair to our resellers for us to sell at wholesale prices to non wholesale accounts. We do require a state tax/resale permit to be on file before we process an order. (The nonprofit tax exempt permit is not the same thing.)

Question: Why am I not able to choose a shipping method?
Answer: If you are not able to choose a shipping method it means that you have not met the $200 minimum required to order on this website.
Question:Do you have a showroom?
Answer: We regularly invite our customers to visit our warehouse located in Racine Wisconsin. We have had many customers make appointments to come in and see us to place their orders. This is especially good for new retailers, so they can see what they are buying before they but it.We also have a showroom located in New York City at 230 5th Avenue suite 407, please call for an appointment.
